Does creativity decrease as age increases? Of course not! In fact, for many people, the retirement years finally provide the leisure to explore artistic interests, sometimes for the first time in their lives. Through new or renewed exploration of artistic pursuits, those who are retired may discover or develop their creative passions and enrich their lives in ways they never dreamed possible. In so doing, they discover the joy of ageless creativity. In “Ageless Creativity,” see traditional and non-traditional art from retired artists of Shell Point, including painting, sculpture, woodwork, quilting, knitting, textiles, arts & crafts, pottery, and more.
Exhibit opens Friday, February 3rd during the Fort Myers Art Walk in the downtown historic River District.
Join us for the Art Talk, to discuss the exhibit and enjoy drinks on February 21st, at 5pm-7pm.
Art Walk operates from 6-10pm on the first Friday of every month.
Regular Gallery Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
