Taps & Tunes Craft Beer & Music Festival
What event on the downtown Fort Myers River Basin combines craft brews, great tunes, and delicious food vendors? If you guessed Taps & Tunes Craft Beer & Music Festival, then you definitely know how to have a good time! This year’s event includes an incredible musical line up. See performances by Jukebox the Ghost, Of Good Nature, and Problem Kids! Best of all, enjoy these great bands while sampling your selection of over 80 craft beers.
On January 13th from 2pm – 8pm, spend a breezy day on the River Basin! Bring a blanket and stay for a while to watch the band line up and eat some delicious treats. Plus, Taps & Tunes features food trucks where attendees can purchase delicious snacks. Retail vendors are open for business, too! Smoke on the Water Barbecue Competition & Music Festival
If you love good barbecue and live music, don’t miss Smoke on the Water Barbecue Competition & Music Festival on April 27th & 28th! This two-day event is a Florida BBQ Association sanctioned competition, and brings some of the best barbecue cooks to downtown to face off. As guests walk the River Basin, they can purchase from barbecue vendors from all over the south! Plus, both days feature back-to-back musical acts from some of the best acts in country and southern rock, like the Electric Mud, Sheena Brook, and Eli Mosley.
The fun begins on Friday, April 27th from 6pm – 10pm, and continues on Saturday, April 28th from 11am – 10pm. Guests will love sampling barbecue will shopping with retail vendors selling clothing, art, crafts, and more. Smoke on the Water is also family friendly! The Kid Zone features a bounce house and so many fun games. There’s no better way experience downtown Fort Myers!
