Theme: 2022 SWFL Craft Beer Week

SWFL Craft Beer Week presented by the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce, is an annual event hosted over Labor Day weekend, celebrating local craft breweries in Southwest Florida. Traditionally, there is a kickoff event at HeadPinz, where attendees can pick up their VIP tickets and will receive a sample beer tasting, a chance to win some great prizes, and more! The week continues with our local breweries showcasing their tap rooms, special beer releases, behind the scenes tours and an education piece – with a few surprises along the way.

The Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce is calling all artists for the official poster contest! The idea stems from the New Orleans Jazz Fest poster, but the opportunities are endless. We would like to capture that same feeling of excitement and camaraderie, but with a Floridian twist!

What does this look like to you? Let your creativity flow…

Maybe it’s a collection of Florida- an alligator, manatee, and blue heron all sipping an ice-cold beer.

Maybe it’s a group of friends, beer glasses half-full and raised in the air as they all dance to the rhythm of the beat on a mild summer night.

All applicants are encouraged to attend the rooftop social event during ArtWalk in downtown Fort Myers on Friday, August 5th at the Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center. Here, the 2022 SWFL Craft Beer Week poster winner will be announced!

Submission Requirements: Submissions should conform to a vertical orientation using a ratio that will fit, with margin, on a final poster size of 11 inches wide by 17 inches high. All content must be the submitter’s original creation, and must be unpublished. The submitter must have all rights to images and graphics used in the final artwork and during the design process. The poster must include the name of the festival: 2022 SWFL Craft Beer Week.

The festival event information, including date, location, sponsors, and any additional information will be added to the poster in the graphic production process. There is no need to include this information within the artwork.

Ticket Policy

All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets except for cancelled events that are not rescheduled. SBDAC does not offer refunds on purchased ticket. In rare circumstances when a performance may be cancelled (due to extreme weather, artist absence, or other unavoidable situations) we offer refunds or replacement tickets for another performance.
