Wedding Venue Rental FAQ

What does it cost to rent the art center for a wedding?

Rental pricing varies based on duration, use of space, and event needs. The best way to assess pricing is to fill out the rental contact form so our event coordinator can call or email you with more detailed information. This will clarify pricing, provide extended information, and exemplify what the art center has to offer.

How does booking the venue work?

First, contact us via the rental contact form. Then, our event coordinator will reach out to you via email or phone to discuss your event rental and date availability. If your date is available, you may set a tour and meeting time with the SBDAC event coordinator and a representative from G3 Catering, our in-house caterer. From there, you and the event coordinator can solidify your wedding rental agreement.

Does SBDAC allow outside vendors, alcohol, or catering?

  • Outside vendors are allowed for items such as, linens, tables, and decor. The client may also hire a band or DJ of their choosing. We can help recommend certain vendors from our preferred vendor list if you need assistance. The Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center does have certain items available for rent. These items are generally priced significantly less than party rental companies and are listed on the rental agreement.
  • The Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center is fully licenced and insured to purchase and serve alcohol. Therefore, all alcohol must be purchased via the art center with no exceptions.
  • G3 Catering is our exclusive in-house caterer for the Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center. G3 Catering is an exceptional 5-Star company that will work with you for a special menu that fits within your budget. Food pricing is determined via discussion between the client and G3 Catering. Does the art center host ceremonies and receptions?

The Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center is an ideal venue for special events of all kinds and can host indoor and outdoor ceremonies and receptions. There are multiple spaces within where either or both events can be held. Schedule a tour to view your options.

Are there all-inclusive wedding rental packages available?

There are different all-inclusive wedding rental packages available to fit the size, scope, and budget of your wedding ceremony and/or reception. To review the options, contact the event coordinator via the contact form and request a rental agreement.

Is there a difference in rental pricing based on season?

There is no difference in pricing based on season. However, keep in mind that dates from November – April fill up quickly.
