Overview
Animal Spirit
Enter a world where color, myth, and mysticism collide. Animal Spirit is a transformative art exhibition that explores the deep-rooted connections between humans and animals through the lens of ancestral traditions and imaginative visions. Drawing inspiration from the vibrantly surreal alebrijes of Mexican folk art and the sacred symbolism of Native American spirit animals, this exhibition invites artists to channel the essence of their inner creature—guides, protectors, and wild reflections of the soul.
Each piece is a portal into a spiritual realm, where animal forms transcend the physical and become embodiments of energy, personality, and transformation. Expect a kaleidoscope of fantastical beasts, hybrid entities, and ethereal beings—each uniquely crafted to awaken instinct, ignite curiosity, and honor the timeless dance between the earthly and the divine.
Join us at the Capital Gallery for this powerful convergence of cultures, mythologies, and creative expression, and discover the animal spirit that calls to you.
