Overview

Tracie’s art is heavily influenced by her extensive travels as well as her Florida surroundings.  Tracie strives to translate her visual experiences through her art for viewers to enjoy.

As a freelance artist born and raised in Florida Tracie Harris Thompson strives to create images that are influenced and inspired by local communities. Tracie grew up in the Jacksonville area and graduated from Florida State University as an art major.  Through her extensive travels Tracie brings an interesting twist to the works she creates. Lmk Tracie’s art can best be described as realistic with a whimsical twist.   She draws inspiration from the Florida flora and fauna and incorporates bright colors and interesting subject matter throughout her works. Through her murals and canvas pieces Tracie  looks to connect with each viewer igniting their imagination and to activate the spaces they occupy.  Through every project Yracie looks to reach new audiences and enhance the spaces they live in.
