Rooftop Yoga with Indra Tuesdays at 6PM • Sidney’s Rooftop

Indra’s method and studio first took shape at the Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center in 2019. Since then, Indra has grown into its own studio, and is now returning to teach Rooftop Yoga on Tuesdays at Sidney’s!

Join us for All Levels Yoga every Tuesday at 6 p.m., beginning October 6. Indra’s teachers will lead an accessible practice rooted in traditional yoga, with room to move, breathe, laugh, and feel nourished. New to yoga? You belong here.

You may recognize one of the teachers, CC, who also happens to be the Art Center’s Media and Marketing Manager!

Bring your mat and water bottle, and enter via the back stairs. We’ll practice rain or shine; if it rains, we’ll move inside.
