Wine & Paint

This month’s theme for wine and paint is based on the spring scenery of local Florida beaches. Angela Hicks is an artist and instructor based in southwest Florida as well as the Creative Learning Specialist at the Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center. She gets much of her inspiration from her travels around the world but loves to celebrate the beauty of the place she calls home. In this painting students get to decorate a canvas like a buttercream cake using piping techniques and quick drying modeling paste. Each wildflower represented in the painting can be found along the beautiful beaches of the Florida Coast.

Each artist will be supplied with canvas, paint, paintbrushes and 2 glasses of wine.
